Q1. Why the Paper Cutter Does’t Cut the Paper?
A: The blade of the cutter is hidden in the cutter head when not in use. When in use; the cutter head needs to be pressed down hard to reveal the blade. If you don’t press the cutter head and the blade is not exposed; you can’t cut.
Q2. Why the ABS Buttom Can not Work?
A: The ABS button cannot automatically reject the paper. if the paper got stuck; first turn off the power; press the quick release button with one hand(press it to the end); and pull the paper out of the paper inlet with the other hand. restart the machine after cleaning the stuck paper; and put the paper correctly according to the operation instructions.
